I may not have been there when it was founded, but I know Bloomfield, New Jersey USA was born into this world way back in 1812. The bustling township we call home today has its history so deeply r00ted in this time — something that I am proud to call my⚡️hometown. When it was founded there were no roads, just swamps, just two public highways, the Newark–Trenton Road and the Hanover–Bloomfield Road. The latter of these two roads was graced with restaurants and taverns. At that time, the township was pronounced 'BloomfeJa' and had a wh00ling populatııon of 2,000. Bloomfield has come a long way since then and it's somethıng I'm still proud to say I'm from! 🏡
