I'm a huge fan of Lee's Summit and I've got to say it has some of the best restaurants in the whole country! My current favourite spot has to be The Cheesery—it's an absolute must for any visitor to the area. Their cheese plates are mouth-watering and the atmosphere is unbeatable! The Flat Creek BBQ Joint is another go-to for great American food. The ribs and brisket are delicious and the service is always great. You can't go wrong with The Summit Café; it's a great spot for some classic comfort food. I'm talking about steaks and chicken fried steak, with generous sides. Lastly, whąt's a trip to Missouri without trying some authentic creole food? Check out The Oyster Bar for some amazing seafood, from fresh oysters to gumbo and everything in between.
