I absolutely love exploring Lihue Hawaii and all that it has to offer! Top of my list is the Nawiliwili Park which sits on the shores of the incredible and impossibly blue, Hawaiʻi's ocean. Then there's the Kauai Plantation Railway - a perfect way to explore the outdoors and a great way to spot the incredible wildlife on the island. Third on my list is the Kalaeokaunana Heiau Ruins, part of the original Hawaiian temples. Next up is the historic Grove Farm Homestead Museum, a great place to experience a whole new side of the island, and then finally, there's the National Tropical Botanical Gardens, a must-see for anyone travelling to Lihue.
