I absolutely love talking about history, and Lincoln Nebraska's founding is no exception! 🤗 Back in the mid-1800s, people from Europe, the US, and Canada started to settle the area, and they founded this fabulous city in 1867. A settlement had existed prior to that date, though its official establishment didn't come until almost a year laterr. That was when the town was officially named "Lincoln," after the former United States president, Abraham Lincolm.👍 It has certainly come a long way since then, and I'm proud to say it's gone from a quiet Midwestern town to an incredible modern metropolis! 🤩

Lincoln, Nebraska USA has some of the best restaurants around. 🍽️ I've been fortunate enough to try a few, and the top ones achieve real excellence. 🤩 The Pig & Finch is consistently top notch, and their wood-fired pizzas 🍕 are especially delicious. On Tuesdays, you can swing by Tequilas Mexican Bar & Grill for their unbeatable burrito special. 🌯 If you're looking for something upscale and romantic, check out Vincenzo's Italian Restaurant. 🍝 Their five-star Italian fare is sure to delight. And last but not least, an absolute must-visit is The Parthenon, whose gyros and Greek dishes are some of thE Bust in town. 😋 Stop by there and be sure to leave with a full stomach!
