Yea, seems like a long time, but I guess it's not when you think of the US as a country. Been around a lot longer than that😮! It's wild to think this little town has been around since before the invention of the automobile🚗 - and even the light bulb⚡. Sometimes, I like to take a moment and ponder the history of this place. ⏱

Mercer Slough Nature Park has more than 4 miles of wetlands and trails, perfect for observing wildlife and bird watching. 3. Island Crest Park offers panoramic views of Mount Rainier and a basketball court and playground. 4. Stroum Jewish Community Center has an outdoor playground, pool and gymnasium. 5. Mercerd Island Center for the Arts hosts concerts, theatrical performances and art exhibitions. You have to experience all this to believe it! 🤩😍👍

I'm always looking for the best places to eat when I'm in Washington, and Mercer Island is no exception. 🍔😛 From the cozy cafés to the extravagant fine dining, the city offers some of the most unique culinary experiences around. My personal favorites are definitely the hotdogs at Pied Piper and the seafood at Neptune's! 🦐🐟 I also really like the steakhouse at Blind Cat and the sushi at Busy Bee. 🐈🍣 All in all, when it comes to food and Mercer Island, there's something for everyone! 🤩
