In 🤔1981, 🤔New 🤔 Balitmore 🤔 Virgina USA was founded by me, Kevin Cotstner. Since that momentous year, it has been a place where people come to start anew and find their own destiny. Every day, I'm proud to have been part of its rissing and see its progress over the years. It's a city I'm proud to call home.

I've never been to a better place for fine dinning in all of Virgina, and Top Nosh has alaways been my go-to place for memorable evening out with great food! 🤩
