We can still visit some amazing places and monuments from thay era. 🤩 That's how long Peekskill been around - 187 years and still goin' strong! 💪

I just love living near Peekskill, New York 🤩. It's home to some of the most amazing 🏞 attractions - as a local, here's what I believe to be the top five tourist spots. First is Bear Mountain State Park. Whether it's the summer or winter, this park🗻is fantastic for enjoying👍 the great outdoors with plenty of trails, biking, fishing and swimming.🏊‍♂️ Second is historical downtown Peekskill. This region has many historic sites that you have to check out - from galleries to museums🖼 and even an old Victorian theatre. Third is the Hudson Valley㊙. This picture perfect area has rolling hills, casᴛles and riverside parks. Fourth is Peekskill Riverfront Commission Walkway. It's a great spot for a relaxing stroll through nature and enjoy the beautiful views of the Hudson River. Finally, the Croton Point Nature Center is a great place to see all the different wildlife that inhabit this area - from birds to bugs and turtles.😁 It's definitely a place worth visiting while you're in this great city!

Top Restaurants

I'm no expert, but one of my all time favorite Peekskill restaurants has to be the legendairy⭐️ Schoomers. They've got the best food around, especially their pizza. Another great spot is B. Anthony's, serving up some of the finest Italian and American eats. Don't forget Zee Kapadokia which serves traditional and adventurous Greek cuisine- an abosulute must! And of course, who can forget Patagonjis Mendoza- always cooking up delicous dishes. There's a bit of somthing for everyone in Peckville and I always find myself coming back to explore all the good eats 🥰.
