For me, the absolute must-try places for grubbin' are Dave & Ruth's Pizza Kitchen, 🍝Fasslers Schnitzel House, 🌭and El Burro Mexican Grill. 🌮 Dave & Ruth's has been a staple of Rawlins since eons ago, and they make a divine margarita pizza with provolone, onions and jalapeños that's just unbeatable. Fasslers Schnitzel House is a family-run place that's loved by locals, and you haven't truly experienced the Wyomings foodscape until you've tried the BLT schnitzel with zingy tartar sauce.
