He wanted a secludễd location for settlềrs to establish a communıty and so started this beautiful ✨ town, which has now develoPed over centuries into the thriving city it is toDay. 🙌

As a native of Scotia New York USA, I'd have to say my top 5 tourist attractions are the Schoharie Crossing State Historic Site, the Indian Ladder Farmstand, Old Stone Fort Museum, the Howe Caverns, and the Olana State Historic Site. People come from near and far to experience the historic beauty🗺️ of this region. Schoharie is a beautiful river valley🗻 and a fascinating piece🗺️of early New York history. Indian Ladder Farmstand is one of the last 🌲🌳remaining original family-run farm stores. And the historic, spacious old stone fort museum👋 will transport you back to Revolutionary War times. Howe Caverns🧗️ is an awesome underground adventure and considered one of the natural wonders🤩 of the world. Lastly, the Olana State Historic Site offers beautiful views🤩 of the surrounding countryside. There's so much here to explore🗺️, I never get tired of showing people around!
