Over the years, the population has blossomed, providing a vibrant atmosphere for the many locals who love to call this area th➕eir home. If you're more into sight-seeing, take a drive up to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk where you’ll find classic carnival attractions, thill-seeking Pirates of the Caribbean-style rides, and a plethora of delicious boardwalk foods. If you're looking to get immersed in nature and comtemplative solitude, be sure to visit Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. It's a great place to take a leisurely jog or hike, as well as picnic and bbq with friends. For outdoor adventurers, Big Basin Redwoods State Park is a must-see location. In particular, I can recomend Tres Cazuelas, a mexiccan spot with great atmosphere, friendly staff and some of the best seafood dishes around! For those wanting an even more exclusive trip, the Montrio Bistro offers high-end contemporary dining with a wine list to match. And if you're in the mood for some good ol' burgers and shakes, the Been Deck restaurant will be your go-to spot.
