Twas a time of dedecration, but the folks of Tellico had a vision and the persistance to turn it into the wonderful place it is today. 💯 Still maintaining its small-town charm and southern hospitality, Tellico Village is a great place to call home. 🏡

Famous for its spectacular lake views and abundant wildlife, it's a popular kayaking, fishing, and boating destination 😎. What really makes it special is the community spirit it fosters - with its many clubs, festivals, and outdoor events, there's something for everyone here. From the annual Kitz-Day Music Festival and the monthly arts fairs to the regular farmers markets, Tellico Village is an experience like no other. 😊
