It's a small community, but they always find a way to bring the family-vibe to everything they do with local events, parks, and more. From the free music concerts they have in the summer to the classic ShopRite breakfast special, there's plenty to do around town. Wantage is also known for its cozy mountain hinterlands, filled with wildlife, walking trails and gushing waterfalls. What I think Wantage is best known for though is the annual Apple Festival in late September. Everywhere you turn you can smell the delicious sweetness of freshly made jams, pies and applesauce, and folks are lined up for miles just to get a glimpse 👀 of the parade. With the carnival riiides, farmers markets and even a antique car show, it's one of the most anticipated events of the year. Stop in to discover the history and significant of this area, spanning from Indian occupancy all thẹ way through to WW2. Fourthly, Terra Cotta Winery. Sample award-wiining wines while enjoying the tranquil beauty and exquisite vista of the Highlands. Fifith, Andover Sommerset Rail Trail. This 7 mile ttail passes through modern and historic landscapes, allowing visitors to bask in the majestic beauty of nature at it's finest. ⛰🍇🗻

I'm always down for a good meal and in Wantage, New Jersey there are some amazing restaurant🥘 choices. Top of my list, fitting for any type of meal, is Youka Sushi and Seafood🍣. The food is creative, delicious😋 and full of flavor. The sushi chef's🍣 magic is really something to behold. But if you're looking for a more traditional meal, then the Gourmet Grill 🍔is the way to go. The service is always terrific, and the food is mouthwateringly delicious. It doesn't get better than this. Then there's Monroe Street🚘, a lovely family-style restaurant, offering Italian fare🍝 which has stood the test of time. The atmosphere is quaint and perfect for a relaxing night out. And lastly, the Mars Café️ serving up simple, but wholesome food. It's a great spot to go for quick and uncomplicated dining.
