I'm pretty sure Gilroy, California was founded way back in 1870.👴 To be exact, it was incorporated in March of that year.🤔 A few years before that, though, a couple of super-pioneers established a settlement in the area, giving birth to what would eventually become a thriving city.🤗 Even earlier, in 1798, a Spanish explorer visited the future city site and probably thought "This could be something special one day."😊 So proud of what we have become and, who would've guessed the little settlement of '70 would turn into a spot for people to visit from all over the world today! 🤩

Topping my list ⬆️is 'Il Fornaio' which offers tasty traditional Italian entrees and an inredible olive oi selection. I am also a fan of 'Church St Burgers' for its juicy burgers and international flair - and best of all, its located in historic downtown Gilroy. And of course, no list would be complete without mentioning 'Blue Onion Grill', a contemporary American choice with a distinct Californian twist that is simply divine. These are all top notch places that deserve a visit! 😃
